Therefore, establishing a coherent and organized relationship between industries and universities is one of the basic needs of countries. This connection helps universities to align their educational and research activities with the needs of society and industry, and to develop specialists and researchers who can truly meet the needs of industry. In recent years, the cooperation between academia and industry in some areas has brought important achievements to the country, but there are still very important measures that can be taken to increase synergy and cooperation between universities and industrial units.Fortunately, in this regard, the country's universities and research institutes have started appropriate measures and have defined and implemented useful programs and models to develop community and industry relations contracts, improve internships, graduate employment, help solve national challenges and similar cases. The pathology of the relationship between academia and industry and the sharing of successful experiences of higher education institutions and executive bodies are very important in strengthening this relationship. For this purpose, in this article, a summary of the situation of the country's universities and research institutes is presented and new programs that can be effective in improving the situation are described. این مقاله به بررسی اکوسیستم ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت در وضعیت کنونی کشور می‌پردازد. در این راستا فرصت‌ها و امکانات کشور شامل فارغ التحصیلان و متخصصین دانشگاهی، رتبه برتر مالکیت نفت و گاز جهان و موقعیت جغرافیایی استراتژیک کشور مورد اشاره قرار گرفته شده است. در بحث نیاز‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشور، موضوعاتی همچون افزایش اشتغال، کاهش آلودگی محیط زیست، مدیریت مناسب مصرف منابع آب، رفع مشکلات صندوق‌های بازنشستگی، افزایش بهره وری و کارایی در صنعت و کشاورزی و کاهش مصرف انرژی بعنوان سرفصل هایی برای مشارکت جدی تر دانشگاه ها مطرح شده است. در این مقاله، سه شاخص تجربه و دانش انباشته، حمایت مالی، و کیفیت نیروی انسانی به عنوان عوامل موثر در پیشرفت علمی کشورها مطرح می شوند. در ادامه، بودجه تحقیق و توسعه و سرانه مطالعه در کشورهای جهان مورد مقایسه قرار گرفته و جایگاه ایران در این میان توصیف می‌شود. در این تحقیق، نقش دانشگاه‌های نسل سوم به عنوان دانشگاه های آموزش‌محور، پژوهش محور، و کارآفرین به منظور ایجاد ارتباط پایدار صنعت و دانشگاه، ایجاد اشتغال، تولید ثروت و توسعه فناوری کشور مورد تاکید قرار می‌گیرند. در پایان، راهکارهایی از جمله بازنگری و بهبود آیین‌نامه ارتقا و استخدام در دانشگاه‌ها، تدوین شاخص های مناسب برای ارزیابی اثربخشی دانشگاه ها در جامعه، استفاده موثر از فرصت‌های مطالعاتی اعضای هیات علمی در صنعت، توسعه و تقویت مراکز هدایت شغلی و کاریابی در دانشگاه‌ها، شناسایی و تدوین ماموریت های استانی برای دانشگاه ها در جهت بهبود شرایط استان ها، متناسب‌سازی روال پذیرش دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی با فعالیت‌های تقاضامحور و هم افزایی بین ساختارها و برنامه های مختلف وزارت عتف در جهت اثربخشی بهتر در جامعه و پیشرفت اکوسیستم ارتباط دانشگاه و صنعت، توصیه و تشریح می‌شوند. http://jiu.ir/ar/Article/Download/16462
