Giddens believes that structures are created both by the hands of human actors and are the means by which such action takes place. Structures are created by humans. But they also limit and make human action possible. In this article, with the theoretical approach of Giddens, the explanation of the attitude of students in creating an academic moral environment was discussed, and to what extent the evaluation of the structure of the university and academic agents in explaining the attitude of students to create Moral atmosphere is effective. The present research is of explanatory type and in terms of method, it is considered as a survey research. The statistical population of the present study includes students of Islamic Azad University, Central Tehran Branch in 2019. The data collection tool in this research is a researcher-made questionnaire which after examining its validity and reliability by combining cluster sampling and disproportionate classification and determining the sample size using Cochran's formula, was administered to 381 B.S, M.A and M.S students are implemented. Findings indicate that the variable of evaluation of the university structure directly affects the creation of ethical atmosphere and evaluation of academic actors indirectly affects the creation of academic ethical atmosphere among students through the evaluation of the structure of the university فضای اخلاقی دانشگاه در نهادها و سازمانها از دو منبع مهم سر چشمه می گیرد که شامل عاملان سازمان ها و ساخت سازمانی می باشد. گیدنز معتقد است ساختارها هم به دست كنشگران انساني به وجود مي‏آيد و هم وسيله‏اي است كه چنين كنشي به كمك آن صورت مي‏گيرد. ساختارها را انسان ايجاد مي‏كند. اما آنها هم كنش انساني را محدود و امكان‏پذير مي‏سازند در این مقاله با رویکرد نظری گیدنز به تبیین نگرش دانشجویان در ایجاد فضای اخلاقی دانشگاهی پرداخته شد و اینکه ارزیابی از ساختار دانشگاه و عاملان دانشگاهی تا چه میزان در تبیین نگرش دانشجویان برای ایجاد فضای اخلاقی موثر است. تحقيق حاضر از نوع تبیینی است و از لحاظ روش‌، يك تحقيق پيمايشي‌ به حساب مي‌آيد. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر شامل‌ دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران مرکزی در سال‌ 1400 مي‌باشد‌. ابزار‌ گرد‌آوري داده‌ها‌ در اين تحقيق‌ پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می باشد‌ که پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی آن با تلفیق نمونه گیری خوشه ای و طبقه‌بندي نامتناسب و تعیین حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول‌كوكران، در بین‌ 381 نفر از دانشجویان مقاطع لیسانس و فوق لیسانس اجرا شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از آن است که متغیر ارزیابی از ساختار دانشگاه به طور مستقیم بر ایجاد فضای اخلاقی موثر است و ارزیابی از عاملان دانشگاهی بطور غیر مستقیم از مسیر ارزیابی از ساختار دانشگاه بر ایجاد فضای اخلاقی دانشگاهی در بین دانشجویان اثر می گذارد. http://jiu.ir/ar/Article/Download/43908
