As they are always looking to increase the number of BTSs to maintain and expand the capacity of their communication networks, Marm-e-Owl uses the contracting sector with an outsourcing approach to logistics tasks to improve the delivery and distribution performance of this equipment, which has a significant impact on speeding up the installation and commissioning of BTS stations. Contractors must have the necessary qualifications and qualifications, because if the activities are not carried out in a proper manner, irreparable damage will be done to the employer's reputation and position. Therefore, conducting this research is important, given the lack of relevant research resources in the country. Its goal is to identify the most important dimensions and indicators of contractor selection for the purpose of distributing base transceiver station (BTS) equipment, clustering and identifying mandatory indicators using the fuzzy Kano method, extracting the weights of the dimensions and mandatory indicators using the BWM method, and finally ranking contractors using the fuzzy TOPSIS method. According to the findings, the selection of contractors was based on three important dimensions and 12 mandatory indicators, of which the technical and executive performance criterion had the highest weight and the environmental criterion had the lowest weight. Among all the mandatory indicators, the contractor's mastery of modern warehousing had the highest weight and the environmental control and management index had the lowest weight</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">يكي&zwnj;از بخشهاي مورد توجه اپراتورهاي تلفن&zwnj;همراه ايستگاههاي فرستنده/ گيرنده (راديوئي) پايه است. به گونهايي كه آنها همواره جهت&zwnj;پايداري و توسعه ظرفيت شبكههاي ارتباطي خود درصدد افزايش تعداد فرستنده/گيرنده ها هستند، همراه&zwnj;اول با رويكرد برونسپاري وظايف لجستيكي براي بهبود عملكرد تحويل و توزيع اين تجهيزات كه تاثير بسزائي در سرعت بخشيدن به امور&zwnj;نصب و راه&zwnj;اندازي ايستگاههاي فرستنده/ گيرنده دارند از بخش پيمانكاري استفاده مي&zwnj;كند. پيمانكاران ميبايست واجد شرايط و صلاحيت لازم باشند چون در&zwnj;صورت عدم اجراي اصولي فعاليتها صدمات جبران&zwnj;ناپذيري به اعتبار و جايگاه كارفرما وارد خواهد&zwnj;شد، لذا انجام اين پژوهش با&zwnj;عنايت به كمبود منابع پژوهشي مرتبط داخل كشور حائز اهميت است و هدف آن براساس رويكرد تصميمگيري چند معياره  شناسائي مهمترين ابعاد و شاخصهاي انتخاب پيمانكار به منظور توزيع تجهيزات فرستنده/ گيرنده (راديوئي)&zwnj; پايه و خوشهبندي &zwnj;و شناسايي شاخص&zwnj;هاي اجباري به&zwnj;روش كانوي فازي، استخراج اوزان ابعاد و شاخصهاي اجباري به&zwnj;روش بهترین-بدترین و نهايتا رتبه&zwnj;بندي پيمانكاران به&zwnj;روش تاپسيس&zwnj;فازي است. طبق یافته&zwnj;ها انتخاب پيمانكاران از سه بعد حائز &zwnj;اهميت و 12 شاخص اجباري بودند كه معيار عملكرد فني و اجرايي بالاترين وزن و معيار زيست محيطي كمترين وزن و از بين كليه شاخصهاي اجباري، شاخص تسلط پيمانكار بر انبارداري نوين بالاترين و شاخص كنترل و مديريت محيط&zwnj;زيست كمترين وزن را به خود اختصاص دادند.</p>
