Investiating the impact of organizational empowerment on innovative performance with the mediating role of employee’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment %K %X The aim of this research is to determine The impact of organizational empowerment on innovative performance with the mediating role of employee’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Recent research is correlation and descriptive that has been done through the survey method. Statistical population has been consisted of all employees in Melli Bank of Kerman city and number of 325 subjects have been selected as volume of sample. Data gathering tools have been organizational empowerment, job satisfaction, organizational commitment and innovative performance questionnaires that the validity and reliability of they have been approved. Descriptive and inferential statistical (structural equation modeling) have been used to analyze the data and the data has been analyzed with SPSS and LISREL softwares. The findings of the research indicated that the suggested model has appropriate fit, and organizational empowerment beyond its direct impact, exerts indirect impact on innovative performance of organization through the mediations of employee’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment, also the mediating role of  job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the relationship between organizational empowerment and innovative performance of organization was confirmed. %U http://rimag.ir/fa/Article/182
