Methodology: The current research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the combined method. The statistical community of the research includes qualitative and quantitative articles. The tool for collecting information in the qualitative stage is a checklist of related articles, a questionnaire, and in the quantitative stage, a researcher made a questionnaire and for analyzing the information in Qualitative phase, from meta-composite articles, fuzzy Delphi and in the quantitative phase of the methodFuzzy interpretive structural modeling and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach have been used. Conclusion:In this research, it was explained using the mixed approach of smartening urban services to realize urban justice. Then, by determining its boundaries, a clear picture of the various factors of the system and the benefits obtained was clarified. The obtained results show that intelligent components such as distribution, allocation and intelligent access have an independent role and influence mediating factors. Also, components such as smart service delivery, smart network, structure and smart platforms had a mediating role and at the lowest level, the indicators of distributive and allocative justice have a mediating role that were influenced by independent and mediating factors. The proposed results will be provided to city managers so that the situation can be applied to improve urban justice, so it is necessary to take a fundamental step in the smartening of urban services in order to establish urban justice in Iran's metropolises. Originality: Smartening urban services such as the use of smart platforms and networks in urban services will strengthen factors such as accessibility and equality of urban services among the citizens of metropolitan areas and neighborhoods, which ultimately leads to distributive justice and allocation justice. It is the same point that was not emphasized and ignored in previous research.fundamental step in the smartening of urban services in themetropolises.</p> <p>هدف: هدف اصلی اين تحقیق ارايه رويکردی نوین به مسئله عدالت شهری با استفاده از دیدگا هو رویکرد هوشمند سازی در خدمات شهری است. ضرورت: امروزه یکی از چالش اصلی هرکلانشهری موضوع بی عدالتی شهری است که موجب، شکل گیری شهرهای انگلی و مناطق حاشیه و درنهایت نارضایت شهروندی خواهد شد. بنابراین با توجه به محدودیتهای مدل ها و الگوهای کلاسیک توزیع و تخصیص خدمات شهری، و همچنین صیانت از حقوق شهروندی چه در بحث عدالت توزیعی وتخصیصی و چه در بحث عدالت دسترسی به منابع شهری بکارگیری الگوی عدالت شهری بر مبنای هوشمندسازی خدمات شهری ضرورت اساسی دارد. روش شناسی: تحقیق حاضر ازحیث هدف،کاربردی و از حیث روش ترکیبی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مقالات کیفی و کمی است. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات درمرحله کیفی چک لیست مقالات مرتبط، پرسشنامه و در مرحله کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و برای تجزيه و تحلیل اطلاعات در مرحله کیفی، از مقالات فراترکیب،دلفی فازی و در مرحله کمی از روش مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری فازی و مدل يابی معادلات ساختاری با رويکرد حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شده است. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد مولفه هایی هوشمندی هم چون: توزیع هوشمند، تخصیص هوشمند، دسترسی هوشمند، دارای نقش مستقل ودرعوامل میانجی تأثیرگذارند. همچنین مولفه های هوشمندی چون خدمات رسانی هوشمند، شبکه هوشمند،ساختار هوشمند پلتفرمهای هوشمند، دارای نقش میانجی بودند و در پایینترین سطح نیزشاخصهای، عدالت توزیعی و عدالت تخصیصی، دارای نقش واسطه ایی هستند که توسط عوامل مستقل و میانجی تحت تأثیر قرارگرفتند. نتیجه&zwnj;گیری:هوشمندسازی خدمات شهری همچون استفاده از پلتفرمها و شبکه های هوشمند در خدمات شهری موجب تقویت عواملی مثل دسترسی و برابری خدمات شهری در بین شهروندان مناطق و محلات کلانشهرها خواهد شد، که در نهایت به عدالت توزیعی و عدالت تخصیصی منجرمی گردد. بنابراین ضروری است در راستای برقراری عدالت شهری در کلانشهرهای ایران، در امر هوشمندسازی خدمات شهری گـام اساسی برداشته شود. این همان نکته ایی است که در تحقیقات قبلی مورد تأکید واقع نشده و از آن عفلت شده بود.</p> http://modiriyatfarda.ir/en/Article/Download/54140
