Through growth centers, these parks strengthen innovative organizations and facilitate reproductive processes, and act as an environment in which independent research units, affiliated with organizations and industries, are integrated and covered to support creativity and innovation. To pay. The ultimate mission of these parks is to reconcile the results of academic research with the needs of industry in order to fill the gap between industry and academia, and this will ultimately lead to the commercialization of knowledge. Therefore, due to these functions, the formation and development of many emerging technological phenomena occur from within these parks, and governments try to provide working conditions for small and medium-sized companies and attract international technology-based companies by creating a suitable environment. In Iran, in recent years, these parks have expanded significantly and in a situation where the country is facing unilateral sanctions, they have been able to play an effective role in the use of indigenous knowledge and technology. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to address the importance and main functions of science and technology parks in the world as well as in Iran. In the following, considering the role of Pardis Technology Park as the largest and most important technology park in the country in the development of knowledge-based economy and also its strategic position in the innovation ecosystem, has been studied. پارک‌های علم و فناوری، به عنوان یک سازمان و با هدف افزایش ثروت در جامعه از طرف متخصصان حرفه‌ای مدیریت می‌شوند تا جریان دانش و فناوری را میان دانشگاه‌ها، مؤسسه‌های تحقیق و توسعه، شرکت‌های خصوصی و بازار به حرکت درآورند. این پارک‌ها از طریق مراکز رشد، سازمان‌های نوآور را تقویت و فرایندهای زایشی را تسهیل می‌کنند و به عنوان محیطی عمل می‌کنند که در آن واحدهای تحقیقاتی مستقل یا وابسته به سازمان‌ها و صنایع، مجتمع شده و زیر پوشش و حمایت قرار ‌گیرند تا به خلاقیت و نوآوری بپردازند. مأموریت نهایی این پارک‌ها هماهنگ کردن نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش‌های دانشگاهی با نیاز‌های صنعت در جهت پُر کردن خلأ رابطه صنعت و دانشگاه می‌باشد و این امر درنهایت به تجاری‌سازی دانش منجر خواهد شد. بنابراین با توجه به این کارکردها، شکل‌گیری و توسعه بسیاری از پدیده‌های نوظهور فناوری از درون این پارک‌ها به وقوع می‌پیوندند و دولت‌ها می‌کوشند با ایجاد محیطی مناسب، شرایط کار و فعالیت را برای شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط و جذب شرکت‌های بین‌المللی مبتنی بر فناوری فراهم کنند. در ایران نیز در سال‌های گذشته این پارک‌ها گسترش چشمگیری یافته و در شرایطی که کشور با تحریم‌های یک جانبه مواجه بوده، توانسته‌اند نقش تأثیرگذاری در استفاده از دانش و فناوری بومی ایفا نمایند. در این راستا هدف از مقاله حاضر پرداختن به اهمیت و کارکردهای اصلی پارک‌های علم و فناوری در دنیا و همچنین ایران می‌باشد. در ادامه با توجه به نقش پارک فناوری پردیس به‌عنوان بزرگ‌ترین و مهم‌ترین پارک فناوری کشور در توسعه اقتصاد دانش‌بنیان و همچنین جایگاه راهبردی آن در زیست‌بوم نوآوری، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. http://jiu.ir/en/Article/Download/8726
