        Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between make smart schools and organizational agility in smart high school Khorramabad city and offer solutions to more effectively their role in the development of knowledge-based of country. Universities as the main sponsors of train and develop human resources specialist to develop knowledge-based society have a vital role and In this regard, the study consists of all the teachers and staff of secondary schools smart Khorramabad city, which includes 396 people. The sample size was estimated using a sample of 195 students who were selected based on two-stage cluster sampling method. In the present study to collect data, from  make smart schools questionnaire, Ja’fari Hajati (2006) with 32 items and organizational agility, Sharifi and Zhang (1999) with 29 questions was used. The validity of the above tools using the opinions of experts and make smart schools with Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 91% and was calculated 91%Cronbach's alpha organizational agility. The results using the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant positive relationship make smart schools and organizational agility. Intelligent components as well as between make smart schools and agility (speed, competence, responsiveness and flexibility) there is a significant positive relationship. On the other hand, the optimal use of ICT in schools and move towards a make smart and agility inevitable and will be one of the country's knowledge-based development strategies. Manuscript profile

Quality services play an important role in service industries such as insurance, banking and transportation and play. Because the quality of services to achieve customer perception and consequently, survival and profitability is vital. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of perceived quality of services provided to insurance customers is Iran Nishaboor city. The research community in the city of Neyshaboor, Iran now all branches of insurance. In order to collect data from a questionnaire containing 27 questions was used. By professors and experts confirmed the validity and reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0/865. To analyze the data in this study, the descriptive and inferential statistics were used. In the descriptive part of the frequency and the frequency and the frequency graph was taken. Inferential statistics K-S test was used to determine the normality of variables. Due to the variables are normally distributed, so the regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis. The results show that tangible, reliability, responsiveness, commitment and empathy and competence on the improvement of services insurance companies in Neyshabur, Iran is effective. The results of the study from the perspective of insurance customers, the commitment to service quality and other aspects of the situation is more favorable. Establishment and expansion of business Incubator, Countless discussions about their performance and their usefulness as a means of encouraging the creation of new businesses and jobs, the development of local  and regional economies, the production of personal and social wealth among the proponents And the opposition has launched [1]. Considering the growth, significance and impact of university incubators economic development through the establishment of the relationship between university and industry, the main goal of the present study is to develop factors, criteria and indicators used in evaluating the quality of the university incubators. This research was conducted using survey method and interview tools. Thus, with 15 experts and connoisseurs in the field of university incubators   and   assessment  were interviewed. Also, the articles and researches that were done in developing the evaluation indexes of the centers of growth were used to complete this research. The  interview  data  were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding  methodology. The research findings are categorized into 9 factors. Each  factor consists of a number of criteria, of which  a  total  of  32  criteria were created, and each of  these criteria included a number of markers, with a total of  237 markers extracted.         Industrial engineering can be regarded as the main core of communication between industry and the university, because it has many applications in all industries and even service environments. Therefore, in this research, selected industrial engineering colleges have been evaluated and ranked. For this purpose, the industrial engineering Colleges of Tarbiat Modarres, Khaje Nasir al-Din Tousi, Amir Kabir, Sharif, Science and Technology, and Tehran universities were studied with regard to eight indicators and ranked using one of the newest Multiple Attribute Decision Making methods called Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) with Excel 2010 software. The results showed that Faculty of Industrial Engineering, Tehran University because of Earn more score, ranked first, Science and Technology University, second rank, Amirkabir University, Third Rank, Sharif University, Fourth Rank, Tarbiat Modares University, fifth rank, and finally Khaje Nasir-Al-Din Tusi University ranked the last. In the meantime, number of books and papers published per faculty members were identified as the most important indicators.         The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between transformational leadership, strategic thinking and organizational learning whit the process of supporting the idea of new product development and intends to emphasize the importance of transformational leadership, capacity building strategies for strategic thinking and organizational learning in order to support the ideas of new product development in knowledgeable companies, Ferdowsi University. The research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of collecting data, a descriptive surrey is considered as a correlation type. The statistical population of this study is the managers of knowledge based companies based in Mashhad Ferdowsi University’s comprehensive development center. (The census method has been used due to the low number of statistical population.) The data gathering tool is a standard questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by experts and management experts, also the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. To test the research hypotheses, structural equation modeling and PLS software have been used. The results of the research showed that the transformational leadership process, strategic thinking and organizational learning have a positive effect on the process of supporting the idea of new product development. In addition, transformational leadership also has a positive effect on organizational learning, but its relationship isn’t acceptable with the strategic thinking, on the other hand organizational learning has a positive effect on strategic thinking, too.
