  One of the key success factors for businesses is the innovation and innovation capabilities and due to the fact that such capabilities cause companies well adapted to the complex environment, firms need to be innovative. Meanwhile, the relationship between innovation and intrapreneurship is consequential. In fact, the innovation is a prerequisite and of inevitable factors for intrapreneurship. The present paper reviewed this and investigated the role of innovative capabilities in Small and Medium size Enterprises’ survival with the mediating role of intrapreneurship using Structural Equation Modeling. Research methodology is of descriptive and in terms of objective, is of action type. Statistical population is 180 personnel of the Tehran Hamburger Ltd. using simple random sampling, 123 have been selected as the sample of the research. After collecting and analyzing the data, the results showed the positive role of innovation capabilities on firm’s survival with the mediating role of itrapreneurship. Manuscript profile

  Nowadays, by developing and advancing sciences and becoming technology development processes more complicated, technical cooperation between companies is a substantial aspect of companies’ strategies and an important public policy for technology development across the World. Technology transfer issue, as a concept of technical cooperation is considered by researchers and managers of agencies and organizations, as the most important approaches in this regards. In this research, after reviewing the literature by using library studies, introducing the concept and describes various methods of technology transfer. After describing the different models of technology transfer and comparing indices used in each model with others, we compare and eliminate the common indices and the last selected 28 of most important criteria have been identified to present appropriate methods of technology transfer. We also classified the criteria into four general groups as : capability and policies of technology receiver, capability and policies of technology owner, common policies between technology owner and receiver, and technology features. Finally, some recommendations and research directions are provided for future researches. Manuscript profile

  Abstract: Knowledge management is an important resource for any organization. Organizations to implement knowledge management strategies, improve innovation in processes, activities, products and services. The aim of this study is to identify the key strategies of knowledge management by ANN .The innovative aspect of the research is, the use of artificial neural networks (ANN) to rank the strategies of knowledge management. The population consists of the all employees of the   knowledge based software companies in Tehran, that the total questionnaires were distributed, only 123 were usable. This study is practical from the objective aspect, and descriptive-survey from data collection method aspect. Data from the surveys and questionnaires obtained and then by using the ANN techniques h as been investigated the research objectives.  Results and ANN outputs indicated that sequencely, explicit knowledge startegy is the most important criteria of Knowledge management strategy and tacit khowledge, internal and external strategy are the next priorities  knowledge based  software companies  are located in Tehran.  Manuscript profile

  The strategic importance of SMEs in the economic development of nations, has been detected by many developed and developing countries. In many countries, policies to develop small and medium industries have become an important policy and Development of the industries plays an important role in economic – social development. The more a country has a higher level in terms of economic development, industrial development, The more relying on small and medium industries should be regarded as irrefutable fact. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strategic thinking and business strategies to gain competitive advantage through the mediation of strategic innovation.  This is a descriptive correlational study clearly based on structural equation modeling (SEM). The participants of this study who were 125 managers of SME’s Khazra industrial park of Kerman, were selected by random sampling. Participants completed business strategies to gain competitive advantage questionnaire (by Lilly et al, 2006), strategic thinking questionnaire (by Jean liedtka, 1998) and strategic innovation questionnaire (by Researcher) by individual method and Reliability and validity of these questionnaires was obtained.
