The labor standard refers to standard contracts related to workers in terms of their fundamental rights, working conditions, wages paid, and also workers' job security. This work is basically done in order to improve the employment of the workforce on a global scale. The main organization that works towards the development of labor standards and their implementation is the International Labor Organization. He mentioned organization determines global work standards in accordance with the agreements and recommendations that determine the minimum standards. The current research, which was carried out by descriptive-analytical method and using library resources, tries to answer the question that the labor force in Iran has been developed and approved to some extent based on international standards and the rules of the International Labor Organization, and the labor force standards What is work based on the rules of the International Labor Organization? And finally, based on the findings of the research, it has been concluded that the workforce has standards, including their basic rights, working conditions, wages paid, minimum wages, and job security of workers. The labor force in Iran is largely inconsistent with international standards and the laws of the International Labor Organization, and these standards are mostly ignored in Iran</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">نیروی کار به تعداد افرادی گفته می شوند که بر اساس قانون در سن اشتغال قرار گرفته&zwnj;اند. استاندارد نیروی کار به قراردادهای استاندارد مربوط به کارگران در زمینه حقوق اساسی آن&zwnj;ها، شرایط کار، دستمزد پرداختی و همچنین امنیت شغلی کارگران اشاره دارد. این کار اساساً به&zwnj;منظور بهبود اشتغال نیروی کار در مقیاس جهانی انجام می&zwnj;شود. سازمان اصلی که در جهت توسعه استانداردهای کار و اجرای آن&zwnj;ها کار می&zwnj;کند، سازمان بین المللی کار است. سازمان مذکور، استانداردهایی جهانی کار را در چارچوب مقاوله نامه ها و توصیه&zwnj;نامه&zwnj;هایی که تعیین&zwnj;کننده حداقل استانداردها است، معین می کند. این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی و استفاده از اطلاعات کتابخانه ای انجام شده است، درصدد پاسخگویی به این سؤال است که نیروی کار در صنعت ایران تا میزانی بر اساس استانداردهای جهانی و قوانین سازمان بین المللی کار تدوین و تصویب شده است و استانداردهای نیروی کار بر اساس قوانین سازمان بین المللی کار چیست؛ و در پایان براساس نتایج پژوهش به این نتیجه نائل شده است که نیروی کار دارای استانداردهایی از جمله حقوق اساسی آن&zwnj;ها، شرایط کار، دستمزد پرداختی، حداقل دستمزد و نیز امنیت شغلی کارگران می باشد. نیروی کار در صنعت ایران با استانداردهای جهانی و قوانین سازمان بین المللی کار تا حد زیادی غیر منطبق می باشد و این استانداردها در صنعت ایران اکثراً نادیده گرفته می شود.</p>
