Identifying and detail study of underlying factors and forces are necessary for improving this relation. In addition to analyzing the current situations, a future study approach should be undertaken to evaluate and asses the compliance of development plans with the goals and targets of the document of 20 Year Vision. In this paper, the result of a future study of some of the factors affecting the said relation with the horizon of 1404, involving some of the specialist and policy makers in the field of science and technology, is presented موضوع ارتباط دولت، صنعت و دانشگاه از اهرمهاي تعيين کننده حرکت به سوي چشم‌انداز بيست ساله در زمينه توسعه دانش و فناوري است که بررسي جدي محرکها و عوامل موثر در آن براي کمک به بهبود اين ارتباط ضروري است. علاوه بر ارزيابي وضعيت موجود، لازم است بررسي‌هاي آينده نگرانه در مورد اين عوامل انجام گيرد تا بتوان ميزان تطابق برنامه‌ريزي‌هاي فعلي براي دستيابي به اهداف مندرج در سند چشم‌انداز را ارزيابي نمود. در اين مقاله، نتايج پيش بيني جمعي از خبرگان متخصص و سياستگذار حوزه علم و فناوري در مورد برخي عوامل موثر در ارتباط دولت، صنعت و دانشگاه تا افق 1404 که حاصل از انجام طرحي آينده شناسانه توسط گروه آينده شناسي پژوهشکده فناوري‌هاي نو دانشگاه صنعتي اميرکبير است، گزارش مي‌شود http://jiu.ir/fa/Article/Download/6626
