چکیده مقاله :
يافتههاي علمي مبتني بر آينده نگري، حاكي از اين واقعيت است كه عمده‌ترين تحولات در زمينه‌ي آينده نگري، معطوف به تغييراتي است كه ناشي از تأثيرات علم و فناوري مي‌باشد. نگاهي به تغييرات زيست محيطي و يا بررسي مهاجرت در دهههاي اخير،كمبود آب و خصوصا آب آشاميدني و ساير تحولات كلاني كه شاهد آن هستيم، ريشه در تحولات علم و فنآوري دارند.
Scientific results about Foresighting show that the most change in this field are due to development of science and technology. We also can see that the recent problems such as leakages of water, air pollution and traffic are because of upgrading, science of technology too
