Dramatic changes in the present era of knowledge management evaluation system is inevitable , so the lack of evaluation of the various aspects of the organization , including the evaluation of resources , personnel , objectives and strategies , as a symptom of disease organizations are considered . Each agency to determine the appropriateness and quality of their activities , especially in complex and dynamic environments are needed to evaluate the system .
