Study and compare the relationship between university and industry in different countries, the course of action, the mechanisms employed and the results of this relationship to obtain a suitable model for the relationship between universities and industry is of great importance. Although patterns of university-industry links or greatly influenced by national factors and internal factors university to be established in different ways and each of the countries tested, but usually the focus of new research found that the university can be considered and used.         Abstract The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between make smart schools and organizational agility in smart high school Khorramabad city and offer solutions to more effectively their role in the development of knowledge-based of country. Universities as the main sponsors of train and develop human resources specialist to develop knowledge-based society have a vital role and In this regard, the study consists of all the teachers and staff of secondary schools smart Khorramabad city, which includes 396 people. The sample size was estimated using a sample of 195 students who were selected based on two-stage cluster sampling method. In the present study to collect data, from  make smart schools questionnaire, Ja’fari Hajati (2006) with 32 items and organizational agility, Sharifi and Zhang (1999) with 29 questions was used. The validity of the above tools using the opinions of experts and make smart schools with Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient of 91% and was calculated 91%Cronbach's alpha organizational agility. The results using the Pearson correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant positive relationship make smart schools and organizational agility. Intelligent components as well as between make smart schools and agility (speed, competence, responsiveness and flexibility) there is a significant positive relationship. On the other hand, the optimal use of ICT in schools and move towards a make smart and agility inevitable and will be one of the country's knowledge-based development strategies. Manuscript profile

This transition have been transformed from entrepreneurial to transformative university. On the other hand, according to the role of SMEs in development and institutionalization of entrepreneurship and accelerate the process of scientific, technological, industrial and economical development, it is more than one decade that some centers are created for directing and supporting these enterprises in different sectors of society and the dream of relationship between government, university and industry are realized through knowledge and technology - based SMEs. But due to lack of over sectorial approach to these centers and parallel works of their main sponsers- ministries of science, research & technology and industries & mines- despite the spread of these centers, the goals and missions particularly about strengthening the relation between government, university and industry are ambiguous.         Today, the rapid increase in the cost of higher education and its quality and reduced public support for universities and higher educational institutions around the world on the one hand and rapid technological advances and the needs of economic systems for scientific knowledge ,on the other hand, academic system is converted into knowledge industry.. Increased productivity at universities is dependent upon the amount of research and development done which in terms of theoretical principles is called institutional research. In recent decades, the most important Iran’s economic problem has been low investment in the creation of knowledge and promotion of productivity. It is desirable for Iran’s universities to become knowledge based. So IR is the most suitable approach to achieve this goal. While the unit of Institutional Research of the world's most prestigious universities is created to strengthen university-industry collaboration, , it has been neglected in Iran’s universities.
