        Facing the fourth industrial revolution intelligently and taking advantage of its capabilities and opportunities to achieve a future advanced and intelligent industry is one of the important and serious concerns of developed and developing countries in the world. Therefore, most of the advanced economies in the world, the concept of industry 4.0 or emerging and related technologies related to it in their national policies and programs and prepare plans, national plans, development roadmaps and capital Have made extensive transitions. This article is a qualitative study with a descriptive-analytical approach and aims to comparatively study the future industrial plans and programs of the three countries of Japan, India and Malaysia in order to optimize and extract key findings for the industrial development of the country.First, the new industrial trend and new industrial paradigm of the future, ie the fourth industrial revolution, is briefly introduced, and then the macro plans for the development of the future industry of the three selected countries in the face of this revolution, including Japan (fifth community and related industries), Malaysia (leading industry). And India (Made in India) is briefly introduced and finally, by document analysis and comparative study of these images, the most important key findings, implications, lessons and teachings for government, academia and industry are presented. It is necessary for our dear country, with a deep understanding and understanding of the dimensions of this revolution, to face these developments intelligently, because the fate of the countries that lag behind in this field is humiliation and colonialism.
