        Various actions are performed to enhance university-industry cooperation in Iran. Although efforts have been instrumental in the development of university-industry collaboration, but the country's growing need to meet the advanced technology and the commercialization of scientific breakthroughs, hence the development of new modes of university-industry cooperation is more necessary. Therefore, using an attributive survey reviewing the role of these centers in establishing effective communication between the university and industry, and also using a system dynamics modeling approach as well as drawing Causal Loop Diagrams (CLDs), variables affecting the coordination centers of science and industry in the development of the relationship between the two institutions is identified.         Today all countries are attempting to increase their investments in research. In this order, industrial and developed countries to preserve their current position, or to advance themselves on the scene of global competition, in research investments, while developing countries have understood that for fundamental solution to their social and economic problems and real development, they have no other choice of increasing their research investments. In Iran, attention to research has noticeably extended in recent decade. Development of graduate studies in universities especially in PhD level led to the rapid rise and dramatic science production in the fields of basic and applied science. Development of technologies which are necessary for converting science to production, can’t be achieved by research activities in graduate level in universities. Thus, main aims of research centers established in universities are for practical and professional research for developing technologies. A regular and continuous performance evaluation for these research centers is needed for considering their aims with useful and effective indexes. In this article, a new model is designed for performance evaluation of research centers, and as a case study the model is used for the performance evaluation of some research centers in Amirkabir University of Technology. One of It ‘s results can determine research centers activities orientation and university uses for more support of research centers that are active more than others. .         The purpose of the research and technology is reaching to the needed technological and innovative achievements for improving the technological and innovative capabilities of industries in order to their competitiveness. Thus, wealth creation from research and technology activities, required the commercialization of its achievements. Hence, according to the Iran’s direction toward Software movement and knowledge-based economy development, infrastructure and requirements for commercialization of technological achievements which are products of scientific development and knowledge-based economy will be provided. In this paper, after defining the technology commercialization according to the different views and surveying necessity reasons of technology commercialization in the process of technology development, different kinds of existing models of technology commercialization in each approach will be mentioned. Then, the world leading countries in technology commercialization and their measures are discussed and various models of technology commercialization support are described and analyzed in some of them. Finally, with a national view to the development and commercialization of technology in Iran, the various required supports for commercialization in the country, and especially financial support, and its models will be cited. On the other hand, literature has dealt with different models for realization of technology intelligence, and in any of them, multiple stages are introduced. Hence in this research, surveying four models and concluding relevant stages of each, we introduced a model for implementation of technology intelligence concept. In this model three elements which are ignored by existing models - time, requisite activity and management of technology intelligence - are regarded as proposed factors.         Today, researches importance is because of innovation and innovation importance is because of economic profit. Researches commercialization is the important portion of innovation process and without that, no product or technology can influence into the market. Commercialization is a process to make profit from innovation via applying new technology to generate new products, processes, services and selling them in markets. In most of new technologies, commercialization implies production scale, increasing from initial sample to mass production and accessing to more resources. It is required to be familiar with commercialization models for using its concept in organizations. Technology commercialization models are consisting of the maps of activities development paths and strategic planning for technology commercialization. These models are divided to linear and nonlinear models. Linear models show a combination of experience and specialty in the fields of research, product development, marketing and business development. Therefore in this research in addition to defining commercialization, the eight important models from linear commercialization models and their differences and common points will be studied. The conclusions of this study show that the best theoretical framework in commercialization patterns, regardless of organization specifications in which innovation system is working, is the Jolly model. This model because of details determination of commercialization process and attention to market needs, related to other models, is more applicable.         In national Innovation System (NIS) of countries, science, technology and innovation policies are very important. Since these three areas are crucial in NIS and have an impact on it and vice versa. In policy making process and implementing the science, technology and innovation policies the results and aftermath and evaluation of these policies can enhance the learning capability in NIS and finally can lead to developing systematic science, technology and innovation policies. In this paper we aim by a literature review on this subject and studying the experiences of several countries on science, technology and innovation policies, and a conceptual framework is designed. Here, a framework for science, technology and innovation policy is offered which reflects the influential factors and elements on developing these policies. The findings show that, stating systematic process of policy making for science, technology and innovation, expert opinion, doing field research and studying, finding problems and environmental influential factors, planning, implementing policies and evaluation of their impacts have crucial significance.         Today, the role and importance of innovation in the domestic and international developments of the countries is so obvious. Evaluation of innovation at the national level is crucial for policymaking in this area. For this reason, extensive studies have been conducted in this area. In the Islamic republic of Iran, by determining the "innovation and development" as the slogan of the year 2008 and public announcement by the Supreme Leader and the mobilization of internal capacity to develop the infrastructure for innovation, the importance of the above-mentioned issue has been shown more than before. In the next years, this strategic slogan was stressed in a statement by Supreme Leader with phrases such as "This is a true slogan and innovation is a need for current movement of the country". In recent years, the "resistance economy" has been noticed as a strategy in macro policies of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is the most important pillar of the knowledge-based economy. Therefore targeted guidance of innovation at the national level as a critical need is desired at present. Development of the National Innovation is possible by purposeful interaction of some institutions. This institution can promote and develop innovation in the form of a dynamic and productive system in case of targeted integration and communication among themselves.                         Today, the Entrepreneur University, academic entrepreneurship, and the commercialization of academic research are somehow attracting attention that has put pressure on academic institutions to become entrepreneurs. Accordingly, the present study aims to design and develop a step-by-step model of university entrepreneurship. In this model there are five stages in the process of university entrepreneurship that are: motivation, governance, selection, competition, and performance. The process of entrepreneurship originates from the motivation of faculty members from universities, industries and government to commercialize science and knowledge from academic research. In this model, the governance and competitiveness stages associated with the process of commercialization of academic knowledge make the selection of the method fit and, ultimately, the implementation of academic entrepreneurship. This research has a descriptive-analytic dimension and has been done through documentary study. Findings of the research confirm that the step-by-step model of university entrepreneurship is a structured way to understand facilitator and mediator relationships that stimulate entrepreneurship mobility.   Manuscript profile

        This article presents the experiences of more than two years of scientific advisory responsibility in China, relying on universities and their relationship with industry. First, the history and development process of higher education as well as the scientific achievements of universities are presented on the achievements of universities. China's scientific capabilities and publications, and to some extent comparisons with the world, are discussed.         The main purpose of this research is to design a model for accepting digital currencies in inter-company electronic commerce under the conditions of international sanctions. Based on the nature and method, the current research is a descriptive-survey research with a mixed (quantitative-qualitative) approach. The statistical sample included 12 experts in the qualitative section and the senior and middle managers of 50 commercial companies in the quantitative section, from which a sample of 110 people was selected using Cochran's formula. The data collection tools in the qualitative part include semi-structured interviews and in the quantitative part include questionnaires. Data analysis was done in a qualitative method with a database approach and MAXQDA software. Validation of the model was done with partial least squares technique and SmartPLS software. In relation to the causal conditions, two categories of factors including organizational and sub-factors were considered. In relation to the background conditions, three categories of factors including political impact, social structure and economic impact were identified. Intervening factors include features of the economic, legal, cultural and political environment. The central phenomenon is the acceptance of digital currencies. Regarding strategies, educational, supportive and social strategies were identified. Identified outcomes include increased financial profits, and organizational climate and greater performance and productivity. The results of the quantitative part showed that the research paradigm model has high validity. Manuscript profile
