        Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of  organizational ethics on the entrepreneurial behavior of employees in the organization. Method: The present research is applied based on objective and survey-type according to data collection method. Findings: The Statistical population comprises employees of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation of Kashmar. Questionnaire is used to collecting data. We used Pearson correlation‎test for data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results are as follows the main hypothesis and subsidiary hypotheses were confirmed. The present research is a practical purpose and the research organization of this research is the largest educational nongovernmental educational institution in Iran, which is active in the field of teaching and publishing study books and conucting program tests and academic planning. For this purpose and as a research sample, 1300 of the customer groups including students, students and funded scholars, blind and disabled students as well as groups of school builders, university dormitories and libraries were Selected and reviewed.         Today, strategies are one of the most important issues facing managers of organizations. The strategic plan will be useful and effective for the organization while the developed strategies are implemented in line with each other. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of the company's export and Trade performance of organizational strategies. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of this study, managers working in different units of Razavi Bread Company were studied. The sample was obtained with the standard questionnaire tool and based on Cochran's formula with an error of 0.05 to 100 people. Cronbach's alpha was used to confirm the reliability of the questionnaire and confirmatory factor analysis was used for the validity of the questionnaire. The obtained values indicate the confirmation of the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Also, data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling method using smart pls software.The results showed that IT strategies affect Trade performance, marketing strategies affect Trade and export performance, and finally organizational strategies affect overall performance.
