  Nowadays, by developing and advancing sciences and becoming technology development processes more complicated, technical cooperation between companies is a substantial aspect of companies’ strategies and an important public policy for technology development across the World. Technology transfer issue, as a concept of technical cooperation is considered by researchers and managers of agencies and organizations, as the most important approaches in this regards. In this research, after reviewing the literature by using library studies, introducing the concept and describes various methods of technology transfer. After describing the different models of technology transfer and comparing indices used in each model with others, we compare and eliminate the common indices and the last selected 28 of most important criteria have been identified to present appropriate methods of technology transfer. We also classified the criteria into four general groups as : capability and policies of technology receiver, capability and policies of technology owner, common policies between technology owner and receiver, and technology features.   This study aims at identification of effective factors in academic incubators and its role in establishment of university spin-offs. The methodology of this study was mixed, 13 people participated in qualitative section (interview) and 170 people participated in quantitative section of this study. The results of qualitative section indicated that in establishment of university spin-offs, four main dimensions along with 60 components, infrastructure (14 components), services (17 components), management and employees (16 components) and outputs (13 components) play some role. In quantitative section, the findings showed that the output dimension with highest load factor (0.70) has the highest influence coefficient and other dimensions of management and employees, services and infrastructure are the next priorities. The organizational policies component in infrastructure dimension, tax aids in services dimension, protection of intellectual assets by managers in growth center in management and employees dimension and cooperation with local community in output dimension had the highest influence in explanation of each of these dimensions. Furthermore, the final model of the study was approved by fitness indices and standard coefficients. The influence coefficient of the dimensions of academic incubators had the highest influence coefficient in output dimension (0.70) and the lowest in infrastructure dimension (0.48).   Manuscript profile

  There   is   a  opinion  that universities are driving economic development through technology transfer. Establishment and expansion of business Incubator, Countless discussions about their performance and their usefulness as a means of encouraging the creation of new businesses and jobs, the development of local  and regional economies, the production of personal and social wealth among the proponents And the opposition has launched [1]. Considering the growth, significance and impact of university incubators economic development through the establishment of the relationship between university and industry, the main goal of the present study is to develop factors, criteria and indicators used in evaluating the quality of the university incubators. This research was conducted using survey method and interview tools. Thus, with 15 experts and connoisseurs in the field of university incubators   and   assessment  were interviewed. Also, the articles and researches that were done in developing the evaluation indexes of the centers of growth were used to complete this research. The  interview  data  were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding  methodology. The research findings are categorized into 9 factors. Each  factor consists of a number of criteria, of which  a  total  of  32  criteria were created, and each of  these criteria included a number of markers, with a total of  237 markers extracted.   Business transformation and essential formation of science and technology centers with entrepreneurship universities, caused to reengineer mission of government and science centers and the establishment and development of science parks become the priority of the development of science and technology planning. So that incubators and science parks can cause development of universities and make them in touch with society and the other hand to appear Entrepreneurship University. This paper is the result of field study based on SWOT analysis. The data have collected from establishers and developers of incubators in public and private universities straights, weakness, opportunities and treatments points identified and the more important effects of establishment and development of incubators on success of universities to achieve Entrepreneurship University, ranked. The conclusions of study, confirmed the necessary examples for introducing a set of straights, weakness, opportunities and treatments points. Furthermore based on this study, the most important effects of establish incubators are: creating occupation, entrepreneurship, promotion education quality, making universities to compete, commercialize research activities, develop innovation and creating of students and efficient relation between university and industry.   Outsourcing, if done right, has numerous benefits for the organization, and if the principles of outsourcing are not properly observed and hasty decisions are made, irreparable damages will follow.This research identification and prioritization of the key factors for the success of outsourcing maintenance and repair services using the Fuzzy approach in Semnan University, during the period of October to December 2019. Therefore, this study identified 6 main factors and 39 sub-factors for key success factors of outsourcing activities of semnan university net services by studying different research literature. The statistical population of the study includes all managers in the field of technical and civil engineering and financial and administrative vice chancellor of Semnan University and the samples have been selected as a purposeful and accessible judgment. Hypothesis test, fuzzy AHP and fuzzy ARAS were used to analyse the data and the results showed that the most important key success factors are: participation and support from senior managers, existence of effective clear and transparent communication program, existence of a special and trained team to perform outsourcing, ability to manage change, existence of specialized workforce, process reengineering, stability of political climate, availability to share knowledge, competencies and innovations.-based economy and also its strategic position in the innovation ecosystem, has been studied Manuscript profile

  The National Council of American Teachers has always emphasized the importance of learning mathematics in the school process. In this article, with the aim of identifying factors affecting math learning, 17 sub-criteria for empowering students' math learning with the help of research background, textual content analysis and systematic review of 61 specialized articles and books and specialized interviews with 13 experts in mathematics education It has been categorized into 6 main groups. Then, with the help of DANP technique and pairwise comparisons, the weighting of these variables and the relationships between them were discovered. To collect data, questionnaires created by a pair of researchers were used, whose validity and reliability were confirmed with the help of inconsistency rate and kappa index. The results of the analysis show that the most important enablers in terms of impact are: emotional, psychological, physiological, sociological, content and environmental factors. Also, the most important sub-criteria in order of weight are: textbook content and concepts, motivation, self-concept and self-regulation, cooperation and correct communication with the teacher. In terms of interaction, the most important main factors are: environmental enablers, physiological enablers, sociological enablers, emotional enablers, psychological enablers and content enablers.By identifying and categorizing these variables, mathematics instructors and teachers can use these components more effectively in their teaching and learning so that students can perform better in learning mathematics.
