Various actions are performed to enhance university-industry cooperation in Iran. Although efforts have been instrumental in the development of university-industry collaboration, but the country's growing need to meet the advanced technology and the commercialization of scientific breakthroughs, hence the development of new modes of university-industry cooperation is more necessary. Therefore, using an attributive survey reviewing the role of these centers in establishing effective communication between the university and industry, and also using a system dynamics modeling approach as well as drawing Causal Loop Diagrams (CLDs), variables affecting the coordination centers of science and industry in the development of the relationship between the two institutions is identified. Finally, a conceptual model is presented showing the variables and dynamics design. Manuscript profile

In 1389, the study was based on the analysis of performance reports of the institutions and universities in the implementation of Iran's General Budget Law for 1389 (part D of section 2), and in 1390, the study was based on the analysis of performance reports of the institutions and universities in the implementation of Iran's General Budget Law for 1390 (part A of section 108) and Iran's Fifth Five-Year Development Plan (part M of section 224). In this regard, the information registered by the universities and the Commission member institutions, including information on research projects with academic executive, and information on funds allocated by the institutions to the universities for research projects, for two consecutive years 1389 and 1390 were analyzed and compared. The results are presented in this paper Manuscript profile

Progress and development of a country requires maximum use of its capabilities and potentials. The connection between industry and university leads to effective use of scientific capabilities of university and facilities and experience of industry. This relation is more effective when industry and university are aware of each other's capabilities and needs in order to have an effective and goal-oriented cooperation. The aim of this research is to use educational and research services of university to find necessary solutions and technical requirements to recognize the needs of electricity industry as one of the most important infrastructure industries of the country and also the degree of importance and priority of each necessity be determined. First by interviewing electricity industry elites, needs of electricity industry were determined and technical requirements for meeting those needs were exploited. Then the relation between necessities and requirements was determined by the means of QFD matrix. After that the requirements which had the most relation with necessities were declared. These solutions were sorted by the Analytic Hierarchy Process technique. The results showed that the most important needs of the electrical industry are "specialist human resources in the field of electrical engineering" and "availability of academic staff in the field of electrical engineering. In the last few decades, the challenge of "industry-university relationship" has been the most important current issue in the country. "Standard and standard attitude" is a kind of practical thinking that is organized from the integration of global experiences and public knowledge. One of the most important words in all standards developed at the international, national and organizational levels is the word "root cause". Ensuring the dynamism and reliability of the industry is the full observance of the necessary standards. Industrial culture grows by accepting and applying the standard in various dimensions of production and service, and expresses its impact beautifully. Those involved in the field of planning and implementation in the issue of the relationship between university and industry, should pay more attention to the observance of "professional and engineering ethics".At the heart of this is a commitment to honesty and belief in effectiveness. Knowing and applying engineering ethics charters around the world not only deepens the perspective but also expands the scope of action commitment. Ethics is a basic necessity for sustainable scientific development. Reproducing the issue of education and training at the university level is a very important challenge. University education is theoretical and does not have a skill or professional approach. The goal of the human resources industry is to train skilled craftsmen to do the job. The bridge between the university and industry is reliable with the aim of applying the lessons learned and the experiences gained. Manuscript profile

The challenge of the relationship between academia and industry is an issue that experts and academics and industry officials have been addressing more and more in recent years and are looking for safe and planned solutions and ways to strengthen this relationship. The relationship between industry and academia has been discussed in the country for several decades, and the first statements of the Supreme Leader in this regard date back to 1990, but what is certain is that there has been no effective relationship between science, academia and industry; Today, more than ever, the structure of science, technology and industry in the country needs to be reviewed and interacted as much as possible, and industry stakeholders must accept the fact that, along with the university, they will be able to fully absorb technology. This is part of His Holiness's statement in a group meeting of university professors, elites and researchers: "We have talked a lot about 'beneficial science'; "That is, the science that solves the problems of the country; the solution of the problems of the country is a beneficial science, that is, it is a scientific confrontation with the various problems that exist in the country." At first glance, perhaps the biggest problem in the communication space between industry, society and academia is the technical issue, but upon entering this space, it is seen that this is not the case in practice, and it seems that lack of information, lack of trust and lack of motivation are the three main pillars. ; Too often, our industry and society are unaware of the capacity and potential of knowledge-based companies, academic companies, and faculty members. In the current era, universities and entrepreneurs have a greater mission and social responsibility in the face of economic development, productivity in production and the creation of sustainable income, and a connection with industry and production. These basic problems led to the presentation of research in this area to be able to be effective in removing existing barriers. One of the most important challenges in the relationship between industry and the university is the academic level of Iran's first-ranked universities, which is at the level of international knowledge, while Iran's industry is at the level of developing countries. Cooperation between the industrial sector and universities is undoubtedly one of the areas that is discussed in all countries and can have a decisive impact on the economy and industry of that country. Therefore, establishing a coherent and organized relationship between industries and universities is one of the basic needs of countries. This connection helps universities to align their educational and research activities with the needs of society and industry, and to develop specialists and researchers who can truly meet the needs of industry. In recent years, the cooperation between academia and industry in some areas has brought important achievements to the country, but there are still very important measures that can be taken to increase synergy and cooperation between universities and industrial units.Fortunately, in this regard, the country's universities and research institutes have started appropriate measures and have defined and implemented useful programs and models to develop community and industry relations contracts, improve internships, graduate employment, help solve national challenges and similar cases. The pathology of the relationship between academia and industry and the sharing of successful experiences of higher education institutions and executive bodies are very important in strengthening this relationship. For this purpose, in this article, a summary of the situation of the country's universities and research institutes is presented and new programs that can be effective in improving the situation are described.
