Last decades, the dynamic and efficient relationship between government, university and industry has been the main purpose of governers, universities and industrians and despite numerous conducted studies, programs and initiatives, the gaps remained. On the other hand, according to the role of SMEs in development and institutionalization of entrepreneurship and accelerate the process of scientific, technological, industrial and economical development, it is more than one decade that some centers are created for directing and supporting these enterprises in different sectors of society and the dream of relationship between government, university and industry are realized through knowledge and technology - based SMEs. But due to lack of over sectorial approach to these centers and parallel works of their main sponsers- ministries of science, research & technology and industries & mines- despite the spread of these centers, the goals and missions particularly about strengthening the relation between government, university and industry are ambiguous. So it is recommended to review and rethink the goals, missions and mechanisms of these centers in their second decade of their activity Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to determine to what extends entrepreneurial support is provided by University of Applied Science among a stratified random sample of agricultural students (n = 150) in Kermanshah Province. Results indicated that students preferred university support in the area of marketing, customer retention, and financial support in starting a small venture. Results also revealed that these supports are not provided by university officials. In addition, there was a significant difference between current level of support and optimum level of support provided by university officials. Finally, the proposed model fitted the data with acceptable fit indices. In other words, entrepreneurial support predicted entrepreneurial intention through attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norms, and self-efficacy. The result of this study has implication for university entrepreneurship centers. For example, developing creative ideas to university incubators, inviting successful entrepreneurs to the classroom, encouraging local investors, inviting successful entrepreneurs and local investors to classrooms, visiting successful entrepreneurship ventures, and training post-launch phase of entrepreneurship is recommended. Over the past few decades, we have faced the failure of universities to create and strengthen entrepreneurial motivation among students. In fact, there has been a mismatch between the current capacity of universities for admission and the future needs of the job market, as well as the content of education and the skills required for launching new businesses. Consequently, we are witnessing graduates who mostly lack the individual capability and necessary skills to start a new venture. On the other hand, with the new approach of Iranian universities towards third-generation universities and with all the current education and the presence of risk-taking investors, accelerators, various funds, creative houses, innovation factories, technology parks, and growth centers, the number of startups that have overcome the death valley and succeeded is still low, and the number of unemployed graduates increases every day. In this regard, considering the inefficiency of Iran's national innovation system, this problem has been doubled. Therefore, this study seeks to review the literature comprehensively and take into account the points raised in other perspectives, and with a broader view, examine the mediating effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on entrepreneurship education and students' entrepreneurial intentions. It is recommended that universities pay attention to the variable of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in their education, as education alone may not create entrepreneurial intention. Familiarity with entrepreneurship barriers in Iran may discourage students from experiencing entrepreneurship. There is a need for an agent through which students believe they can overcome obstacles Manuscript profile

Social entrepreneurship is an interdisciplinary concept that has been proposed in the fields of management, economics, psychology, and sociology. It can be an appropriate solution to solve social problems and an impetus for social changes and economic development. Despite the significant research conducted in the field of women's social entrepreneurship, the need was observed to conduct a research in the field of social entrepreneurship literature. Therefore, in this article, we are looking for a social formulation from a framework called the value system of women social entrepreneurs. The method used is content analysis, and the most important results obtained express that the internalized values of ethics of care, benevolence, equality, and self-reliance form part of the prosocial identity of women social entrepreneurs and their organizational/interpersonal relationships. These values create the value system of female social entrepreneurs in the face of the socio-cultural background of the outer space. Manuscript profile
