Knowledge-based in university and industry from the perspective of Organizational learning based on experiences

The purpose of this study is to examine the knowledge-based in university and industry from the perspective of organizational learning based on experiences, that organizational learning from the experiences of industry and university has been institutionalized. Therefore, the research method in this research is to study and analyze the documents and studies of library resources, which addresses the issue of knowledge-based organizations and organizational. The result of the survey showed that learning organizations in tacit knowledge managemnet plays an important role. And this implicit knowledge or organizational experience of the members is one of the most important hidden assets of each organization, including universities. The results of the documentary review also indicated that by storing and documenting the experiences of the managers of the organizations, especially the managers of the industry and university sector, and its transfer to their successors, Knowledge-based can be created.
Some of the results and role of experience in knowledge-based university and industry managers include: reducing authoritarianism, Coordination in the views and demands of industry and university, desirability of job positions and lack of capital loss, organizational memory creation in all issues university and industry
